Online registration for the 2024/2025 academic year opens on
May 31, 2024
For Returning Students:
- Returning Students to our Sacramental Prep Program (who were already enrolled in 1st Grade; 7th Grade; or Family Faith Formation 6th Grade) will be automatically re-enrolled for First Communion or Confirmation Visions I, or Confirmation Visions II. Parents do not have to register these students again. We will send you an email with more detailed information, and a link to pay the Registration Donation ($125.00 per student).
- Students entering 3rd to 6th Grades (who have already completed their Sacramental Preparation and recently received a Sacrament) – or students entering Kindergarten – can register them (with their family) in our Family Faith Formation Program following this link. Fill out the Online Registration Form (one per family) and follow the link to pay the Registration Donation ($125.00 per student). Online registration Opens May 31st, 2024.
For New Students:

- New students also need to complete the Image Release Form – Bring the completed Image Release Form to our next Church Office Open date at the school on June 16, 2024 (8:30-10:15 AM).

- Please Note: All new students registering will need to bring a copy of their Certificate of Baptism (for our files) before Classes begin in the Fall – or bring it to the Church Office Open on the 3rd Sunday of each month (8:30-10:15 AM). WE DO NOT HAVE A COPIER ON CAMPUS.
Adults/Children Needing Sacraments – R.C.I.A./R.C.I.C.
- Please register in the Parish via this link
- Please register for our ‘Mini’ Faith Formation Program by Grade/Adult.
- Please bring a copy of the Certificate of Baptism to the Church Office Open date on June 16, 2024 (8:30-10:15 AM).
- If not Baptized, bring a copy of your Birth Certificate to Church Office Open date on June 16, 2024 (8:30-10:15 AM).
